We deliver across the UAE and accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
To return an item, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 893 8342 with your order number. We’ll arrange collection from your delivery address.
Products must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, disposables and nicotine pouches cannot be returned.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 5 working days of the item being received and checked. If you paid by card on delivery, we can refund to the same card at collection.
